All emails, (and we had lots of questions,) were answered immediately and he even stayed up late to take phone calls from us. We looked at some houses that were listed online first so he could get an idea for what we were hoping to find. Then he took us to see some of them and get an insight of what we wanted our house to 'feel' like. Within a couple of days, a house was listed that fit our needs. Jeff got us in to see it within a day, and it was everything we wanted. Needless to say, we closed a week early! Throughout the entire process, he gave us a lot of insight. Not just from a professional perspective, but as a homeowner/renovator himself. He even cares enough to check in on our progress with the minimal work we wanted to do.

He made the first time home buying process super easy and less intimidating. He listened to what we wanted, but also let us know what we could actually afford. We love our new home!

He was looking at all houses we went to and breaking the down as if he were the buyer. He would check for outdated items, look at piping, siding, etc. It was clear that he cared more about finding us the right home, rather than just making the sale. I would highly recommend Jeff Owens to any locals looking for a new home.
